Grief Group

Everyone feels lost in dark times at some point in their life. Losing a loved one or losing an opportunity can cause disruption in everyday life. This weekly group helps you find a new normal in the presence of chaos and develop coping skills for grief and loss. 

This group is open to all adults from any walk of life 18+. You will meet with the lead therapist for an intake session where the therapist can get to know you on an individual level and assess how the group can benefit you and your needs.

Group goals include:

1.) Providing coping skills for feelings of grief and loss that can provide comfort and safety within your daily life. 

2.) Processing feelings of grief and loss to help overcome thoughts of hopelessness and feelings of despair.

3.) Connecting with peers who are processing similar experiences of grief and loss.
